NATAS Student Award
The NATAS Student Award recognizes the best original contribution by a graduate student to the advancement of the field of thermal analysis. The award is open to any student in a masters or doctoral program at a university in North America. The winning student will receive a $1,000 honorarium and an appropriate plaque, sponsored by SETARAM. The student awarded the NATAS SETARAM Student Award is expected to give an oral presentation at the annual conference.
The nomination packet should include (1) a letter from student’s research advisor describing the student’s work in the field of thermal analysis, (2) a six-page paper in the NATAS Proceedings format written by the student, and (3) curriculum vita.
Send all nominations and supporting document in a single PDF file to the Award Committee Chair by April 15.
NOTE: All nominations submitted will also be considered for the NATAS Student Travel Grants.
