NATAS Student Award

The NATAS Student Award recognizes the best original contribution by a graduate student to the advancement of the field of thermal analysis. The award is open to any student in a masters or doctoral program at a university in North America. The winning student will receive a $1,000 honorarium and an appropriate plaque. The student awarded the NATAS Student Award is expected to give an oral presentation at the annual conference.

The nomination packet should include (1) a letter from student’s research advisor describing the student’s work in the field of thermal analysis, (2) a six-page paper in the NATAS Proceedings format written by the student, and (3) curriculum vita.

Send all nominations and supporting document in a single PDF file to the Award Committee Chair by April 30.

NOTE: All nominations submitted will also be considered for the NATAS Student Travel Grants.
